LEGENDS FOOTBALL LEAGUE

Rules: 

Games are played by the rules as follows:
Clock setup is the exact same as in realistic football: (Game Clock: Offense: 30 Seconds. Defense 15 Seconds.) Also time stops when the player or ball reach's out of bounds, The Clock will always run until a first down if made or ball go's out of bounds. Including when a KR or PR upon catch time will began.
Players can Throw as far as they want.
Any type of throws allowed.
Each Quarter is 10 Minutes Long.
Punting on 4th down is mandatory, unless:
It's the 4th Quarter.
You can only QB Sneak the ball on 3rd Down in the 4th Quarter
Every time a team scores, teams will have to attempt PAT kicks.
If a player leaves their team without being dropped/traded, they get kicked out of the League until the next season begins.
You can only go for 2 Point Conversions and Kick Onside's when your more then 7 Points down.
Least amount of players are 3 v 3.
Max amount of players are 11 v 11.
Coaches can play for the whole game.
If a ball is thrown as the QB is tackled, it will be a fumble if nobody catches it, or a catch/interception depending on which team catches it.
Raging/Spamming/Arguing with Refs are now illegal and automatically get you Ejected (Kicked)
Ball Carries (Running Backs, Kick Returners, etc.) are not longer allowed to Jump.
Players are not allowed to have tackles out before the ball is hiked.
Subs are now no longer allowed. If a team doesn't show then they forfeit.
Only 1 Screen per Quarter Allowed.
If a field goal misses, and the other team *catch's it* they can return it as if it was a Punt Return.
*OT RULES* Any type of plays are allowed.
* OT RULES* Both Teams get a chance to score, if still tied then the first team to score wins.
Safety's, and Field Goal Blocks for Return rule now will be changed to where the Team that was setting up for field goal and got it blocked or got sacked in end zone has to squid kick it.

Penalties:
Example: [Penatly]: [Offensive Yards Lost]/[Defensive Yards Lost]
Offsides: 10 Yards/ 5 Yards

Pass Interference: 15 Yards/Spot of Foul

Unessacary Roughness: 5 Yards (Loss of Down)/5Yards (Auto First Down)

2nd Unessacary Roughness (Same player): Ejection/Ejection

Late hits/tackles: 10 Yards/5 Yards (Auto First Down)

Roughing the Kicker: 5 yards (Field Goal)

Roughing the Passer: (Tackling Qb) 15 Yards.

Tackling/ player that spiked or kneeled (Includes touching the ball) : 5 Yards. (Includes touching the ball)

Intentional Grounding: 5 yards (When a player throws and hits the ground before the line of scrimmage).

Profanity Actions (Swearing, Talking Back): Player Benched and 15 Yard Penatly on team.

Tackles out before Hiked ball: Auto First down if DEF does it/5 Yard Penatly If Offense does it

Unsportsmanlike Conduct: (Argue with Refs) 10 Yards. (If Coach Argues) 15 Yards.

Quarterback Runs Back 10+ Yards: 10 Yard Penalty.

Tackle in the Backfield: (Unessacary Blocking/Tackle away from point of drive and or play). 5 Yards.
